Accessible Rental Vans provides accessible vehicles that can be rented by the week or month. They have a fleet of rental vehicles with wheelchair ramps.

Accessible Vans sells new and used vans and mini vans that are equipped for drivers and passengers with mobility limitations. Accessible Vans will buy or sell on consignment vehicles, lifts or other equipment.

Cheer Transportation provides transportation to and from nutrition sites and the Bridgeville Senior Center; services include transportation for weekly shopping, recreational activities, and some medical appointments.
- Transportation is provided to seniors age 60 and over.
- Suggested donation is a $1.00 per day
- Their buses are wheelchair accessible
- Transportation is provided to and from CHEER –sponsored special events and programs.

DART First State offers statewide transit service is a subsidiary of the Delaware Department of Transportation, which provides both fixed route and intercounty and paratransit throughout the State of Delaware. You need to call the 1-800# to request an application.
- DART is required to determine which current riders and new riders are eligible to use the paratransit service.
- Paratransit service is considered public transportation and a fare is required when you board the vehicle.
- Fare can range from either be cash, individual strip tickets or agency tickets, if you do not pay a fare at the time the driver may refuse to provide the ride.
- You must book your trip at least one day in advance.
- If Medicaid Card is presented at time of boarding the fixed route bus the trip will be at no charge.
Fish of Northern Wilmington

Fish of Northern Wilmington is a volunteer organization that provides transportation to appointments for ambulatory individuals north of the canal when all other means have been exhausted. This is not an emergency service. Please give one week in advance.

- Participants must have no other means of transportation to get to physicians, clinics, or other health care facilities throughout New Castle County.

LogistiCare Solutions, LLC manages non-emergency medical transportation for all Medicaid and Chronic Renal Disease Program members in the state of Delaware.
- Intake Process: Call Reservations number at least 48 hours in advance; urgent trips may be scheduled with less than 48 hours notice; all urgent trips will be verified with the treating facility.
Senior Citizen Affordable Taxi (SCAT)

Delaware's Department of Transportation provides half-price taxi services for person aged 60 and over, and qualified disabled persons, known as SCAT.
- Services are provided seven days a week including holidays
- SCAT ticket books contains $10.00 worth of tickets, but can be purchased for $5.00.
