The Freedom Center offers a friendly and welcoming environment where anyone -- individuals, family members, friends, or professionals -- can obtain information specifically related to a disability. We provide information on a broad range of programs and services designed to help you understand the various long-term and short-term independent living options available. We help connect you with and help you apply for programs, services and benefits that you may be eligible for. We will be there to give you the support, encouragement and assistance you may need to navigate the system.

Our services can be provided at the Freedom Center, via telephone, an office visit, or whatever is more convenient for you.
