Bayada Nurses work through a client service manager, who schedules staff and coordinates services. The clinical manager makes home visits to access the plan, and supervise clinical care. Every Bayada office has an on-call manager ready to respond to calls anytime, day or night. Bayada Nurses offers:
- Personal care including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and simple physical exercises.
- Nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, and personal home health care services to children, adults and seniors in the comfort of their own home.
Bayada Nurses have over 13,000 nurses, home health aides, and therapists working from more than 170 offices in 18 states. They employ registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, home health aides, and homemaker-companions.

Easter Seals staff trains you to hire and train your own personal attendants who may assist you with your care needs at home as well as help you with school or work. The program is funded through the Division of Services for Aging and People with Physical Disabilities. They determine if you are eligible and set the number of hours in a week that you can have.
